I contacted NYC Extermination on 11/18/2022 requesting service for mice eradication after they were sighted in four apartments. They showed up on time on the same day and performed a thorough inspection of the basement, the four apartments, placed glue traps, mouse bait packs, and sealed up small entry holes with steel wool. Jeff was very helpful in setting up the appointment and explaining what the technician will be doing at the premises. Jose (Technician) was very courteous, friendly, answered all our questions, diligent in checking the basement and all the units. Since then, one mouse was caught and we haven’t seen any others. Jeff also made it known to contact him ASAP if this issue persists. I would strongly recommend them if these services are needed.
